This hotel was a great find considering our budget. The rooms were spacious and had large bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. Additionally, the hotel's location was easy to find after using the exit Villalegre from the national highway, and it was conveniently situated near the center of town and to a great place to eat.

All was good, no major improvements needed.

rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed, the only downside for us no one spoke much english but we knew that before we arrived it didn't spoil our stay as all staff were very helpful. And we will return,

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was extremely easy to find after using the exit from the national highway. The hotel had excellent facilities and was very clean. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who made my check-in process a breeze. The location was perfect, it was very close to the center of the city and to some great places to eat.

Good access from the central bus station (Line l1 stopps in front of the building).

Sayed on 1st floor over kitchen/laundrey. Room very hot and AC was a joke. Windows were very difficult to open/close. Shower had extreamly narrow access and not in a very pleasing state with mold and broken tiles, to be fair rooms on other floors were far better

Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly and helpful. Lastly, our room was comfortable with basic amenities and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered was also a nice bonus.

We particularly appreciated the fast Wi, Fi and the fridge in our room. the hotel staff were extremely helpful, always available to answer our queries and provide recommendations on things to do in the city. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of several restaurants.

Smoking Room and Poor Ventilation the only downside was that we were allocated a smoking room, despite requesting a non, smoking room. the odor was strong and unpleasant, even after the staff tried their best to reduce the smell.

This hotel was a great choice for my Easter break. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shower was fantastic, with plenty of hot water. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Plus, there was a restaurant on-site, which meant we didn't have to go far for a delicious meal.

The noise level, as the hotel was located on a busy road, which meant that we could hear traffic throughout the night. the beds were a bit uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
